ORA Magazine LLC (“ORA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to transparent, fair policies regarding shipping, returns, and refunds. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Shipping Policy

Shipping Method

ORA magazines are shipped via standard U.S. ground shipping from our fulfillment partner. Each issue ships separately as it is released.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are not included in product or subscription prices unless explicitly stated.

  • Shipping is charged per issue

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or charged at time of fulfillment for subscriptions


Shipping Timeline

  • Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days of issue release

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ORA is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Address changes for subscriptions must be submitted before an issue ships.


International Shipping

At this time, ORA ships primarily within the United States. International shipping availability and rates, if offered, will be displayed at checkout.


Returns & Refunds

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of print publications and limited-run issues:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns of magazines

  • We do not offer refunds for single issues, subscriptions, or shipping fees


Subscriptions

  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

  • No refunds are provided for previously shipped or partially fulfilled subscription issues


Damaged or Missing Items

If your magazine arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@oramag.co.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos (for damaged items)

At our discretion, we may offer a replacement copy if available.


Digital Products

Digital products, including digital editions or online access, are non-refundable once access has been granted.


Changes to This Policy

ORA reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
