ORA offers subscription plans for print and/or digital content as described at checkout. All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal.
b. Payment
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees, recurring charges, shipping (if applicable), and taxes.
c. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
d. Changes in Pricing
ORA reserves the right to modify subscription and product pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing subscribers until renewal.
5. Shipping
Physical copies of ORA are shipped according to the shipping methods you select at purchase. Shipping fees are separate from subscription fees and are charged as copies are fulfilled.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, text, images, designs, logos, artwork, and editorial content published by ORA (“Content”) is owned or licensed by ORA Magazine LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Content

Use Content in any unauthorized commercial or public fashion

Remove or alter copyright or proprietary notices
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Use the Service in a way that violates laws or third-party rights

Post spam, abusive language, threats, or defamatory content in any interactive features (if applicable)
8. Privacy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORA Magazine LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

The total liability of ORA shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to ORA in the prior 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any legal claim arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, subject to applicable law. You and ORA agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
13. Termination
ORA may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability, Governing Law) shall remain in effect.
